Sulusailor... Special thought to you and the Regiments on the occasion of this important Regimental milestone from Canada's "Black Watch". I expect a life time ago you carried the regimental colours as a Subaltern ... Never easy for two fine regiments to amalgamate but a fiscal reality .. M and A's very much part of the future in the public sector.. As tax fatigue and budgetary contraints with increasing frequency emerge. So quaff a cup and bless her Majesty..
