This seems to be three fragments of sentences about three different things stuck together. I cannot make sense of it.

"I do not think...." -- well, please tell us what you do not think about

"...at POET...." -- what is happening at POET? Have you been to their campus?

"...stinks more than ever!!" -- we're entitled to use hyperbole to make a point ("more than ever") but you never gave us a noun that goes with the verb "stinks" (person, place or thing please)
