I fully agree, LZF! Peter Copetti really did an excellent job in recognizing the poetential of the POET technology, turning the company financially around (incl. getting rid of those solar activities), recognizing his own limitations, and assembling a marvellous team with Suresh as the latest culmination. Especially recognizing one's own limitations and overcoming them by a great team demonstrates that Peter is a great leader!
