Personally, I prefer to look at this cup as half full.

What it says to me is that the company is absolutely watertight, no one knew yesterday what was to be announced today. The market players were just messing around, as usual, and got burned a little bit today. They had no idea the news was coming.

I like the appointment and was dead wrong on Balsillie, although it did make for a nice story.

Still begs the question why Barnes was there though. I find it difficult to believe he was picking up a free lunch on IBK's tab, but now it seem possible.

I would also like to thank PC for his undying devotion to POET. He has likely done us all a huge favour.
