My Poet wrote: Our new CEO was most recently an R&D exec. He has done extremely well starting off his career as an engineer at Motorola however he has never been a CEO of a company. To be a CEO is a major undertaking and requires a much larger skill set than R&D. Add to that the requirements of taking a technology from a lab environment to a production environment. What am I missing here? I fail to see what all the excitement is about. What’s next? IMHO. There will no announcements of revenue or major partnerships prior to the NASDAQ listing. If and when these will happen they will only be finalized and released when we are on the big board to fuel the stock rise. What will get us to the NASDAQ? Achieve the milestones, create more buzz, add a little rumour and failing all that complete the 3-1 reverse split as plan B.

Well My Poet, it's too bad Dr. Suresh Venkatesan does not measure up to your standards. But, from where I stand, there is "very little missing here" with the Executive and Directors. IMHO, I'd say our prayers are about to be answered.
