My poet ... Read your thought .. Wonder if what we get is a top level executive who (and this is the point) works well with the ongoing directing mind for the company.. Ajit! Seem to me the team of Peter for exchange work.. Dr. V to throw the snow balls .. And Ajit to provide the directions is a good fit to craft and implement our strategies...
