vs. the risk of pissing off three quarters of the company's active shareholders (or more).

reporting requirements for TSX are about the same as DAQ, so incremental cost isn't much to have both, but imo the burden to Canadian shareholders would be disasterously immense.

uplist to TSX proper from -V, at the same time as uplisting from OTCQX to DAQ.

it's not a hard choice to make.
let's see what happens.
