I think it's clear that Alfalight would be a beneficiary of Poet's technology for their own products.

Mr Warrior probably didn't accept to join the BOD to give advice on Poet strategic direction to see a competitor sign a deal with Poet?!

I think Eileen assumption was right and the NR correction confirms the above.
