Takes more than that to boggle my mind, Dash, cuz I've seen a lot of inexplicable things through the years. That little clause being in and out is, admittedly, at the least, curious.

Chris Chu is a relatively young guy and, at times, is likely as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs getting in between POET management and the Agoracom board, not to mention his own direct bosses at his company. Given the stealth and what not, he's getting a lot of experience working the POET account. If he does make some poor judgments from time to time, and I don't know how involved, if at all, he was on this one, have they really cost us anything? If he was the source of the NR, he may likely have been told exactly what to say. A very experienced Chris Chu may have come back, "are you sure you want this in there?" But this clause likely came from higher up (can you imagine someone in his position editorializing by adding that clause, I can't), but Chris may have to fall on his sword (again).

I'm sure someone has already contacted him to ask about this latest, and I'm sure we'll hear something about it. Other than some ruffled feathers here and there, I don't believe this to amount to anything negative.
