When I see risk ...

I remind myself of the Sr Leaders we've been fortunate enough to have join our team. If you look at the leaders who are now apart of POET, including Ajit from last year, these leaders do not leave secure, well paid, high level positions to join any dodgeball team.

Do you feel that our CEO, COO and Co-Chair to the board would have joined POET should there have been any "questionable" risks? No.

I would go buy a 30day advant calendar of chocolates and start eating them tomorrow.
