BakerShaker: A POET chip running at a few hundred GHz and consuming half the power or less would be pretty attractive.

Sorry to disturb your enthusiasm, but you won't get a few hundred GHz. If a POET CPU is ten times faster than a silicon one, that would give us a few dozen GHz – and that would be great!
