Technical Analysis is far from a crystal ball, but it provides a strong look of the internal health of a stock. With that said, it provides a set of odds that you can either trade with or against. I'm a believer in using it from that standpoint, understanding that it isn't a guarantee for future performance. BUT, this stock is poised to make a run. It is overbought on the daily chart, but I'd venture to guess that the majority (if nto all) here are in this for the long run and not trying to scalp a few pennies... If this breaks out to an all time high, I see us moving to $4 on this run.
