Jack, its just not black and white. They can be a week "late" without making any announcement about being late. It could be anytime in the next two weeks, IMO, without them feeling like they misrepresented what is happening.

As for the macro situation, I don't think they are spending their brain power trying to predict the unpredictable, so they will announce exactly when they are prepared to announce. Shortened week or whatever. The summer is never the best time to try and make a big splash in the market, but that is where we are.

Speaking of exogenous risks, did anyone see what happened to MU when they had to dial back their guidance for the rest of 2015? ORCL didn't look so good either. I guess my point is simply that this month isn't really the best time to make the announcement because of the health of the tech sector, not because of the EU drama, but again, that's where we are.
