Okay, folks, let's give that FAQ a start! This is a community effort. I have set up a Google document and put some first questions and a few answers into it, so the user gets the idea.

I suggest you put it on a bookmark, as it is an ugly and unguessable Google Docs link.

However, the FAQ is only at its start right now. It needs your participation to grow and become more useful. It needs your questions and your answers. So please let them come! I don't think we need to put a gargantuan effort into it, but whenever a basic ("frequently asked") question comes around here, we should consider to include in the FAQ.
