At 15:59:28 RBC steps in to buy 4800 shares, moving the price from 1.53 to 1.55.

At 15:59:54 Anonymous sells 600 shares (to RBC), pushing the price back down to 1.53.

At 15:59:59 Scotia steps in to buy 2400 shares at 1.55.

What Game?

(Got to say the trader that managed the hit on the offer at 15:59:59 deserves kudos for cutting it that clsoe to the wire!)
