I'm not in a position to fully understand that patent, but it looks like it's a big one (intrinsic part of what Poet claims). The management might have waited for this one to come to release a NR. We sometimes forget that these patents are the barriers protecting Poet's business huge potential.

I'm not holding my breathe for a NR confirming a partnership with a Fortune 500 company. I'm anxious to have the confirmation that this tech can be manufactured.
