I fail to understand why anyone would expect 'the market' to sizzle a company's stock price based on an unanounced patent issue? Does such a person expect that 'the market's' frypans are waiting to receive all the bacon announced by the patent office?

The only reason we at Agora are aware is because of our incessant craving for any grease from any porker we can get - IE looking at every other remotely connected company's press releases, digging through said companies' org charts, searching internet blogs with possibly unsubtantiated info, watching USPTO for any updates on our little squealer of a company. THAT is why we know about this - who would expect the market to?

...and now I'm hungry for a Baconator..sigh
