To me, GF is the most logical. The two statements made by our CEO & COO about combining III-V and SI to me signal to me a transition opportunity for GF into POET.

The industry is looking at all options, including InGaAs FDSOI & InGaAs SOI-FinFET, if there's one man that knows FD-SOI and what needs to happen next it's Suresh(our CEO).

Even combining FD-SOI with an optical poet chip, Suresh would have a wealth of knowledge on this topic, with all of his FD-SOI experience.

By the way..

How can Ajit still be an advisor to GF and poach the VP of Technology at GF, without pissing off GF?

An alliance would explain it.
