To me, GF is the most logical. The two statements made by our CEO & COO about combining III-V and SI to me signal to me a transition opportunity for GF into POET.

The industry is looking at all options, including
InGaAs FDSOI & InGaAs SOI-FinFET, if there's one man that knows FD-SOI and what needs to happen next it's Suresh(our CEO).

Even combining FD-SOI with an optical poet chip, Suresh would have a wealth of knowledge on this topic, with all of his FD-SOI experience.

By the way..

How can Ajit still be an advisor to GF and poach the VP of Technology at GF, without pissing off GF?
