The action plan as mentioned in his response...libran

Behind the scenes the new management team has been tasked with creating an action plan according to their 20 years experience designing chips and bringing those chips to market. They have to deliver this to the Board of Directors. They will all discuss, amend, agree upon this plan and then put it to action.
