Keep in mind oz4m2 that POET did not buy Alfalight, merely retained their CEO as a boardmember.

I do not believe that POET would necessarily gain access to their IP portfolio or any of the other things you mentioned. I'm not saying that there couldn't be some other agreement that has been struck enabling access, but it certainly has not been mentioned officially that POET is doing any sort of "business" with Alfalight that I'm aware of.
