Stock prices reflects investors current perception of the value of the company. Since PTK has no contracts, no revenues and no immediate news which could change this view buyers are scarce and sellers can easily push the price down. All we have is potential which we all hope is substantial but until the company lays out their agenda we wil probably drift lower.
