Hi TWG. All good points and that's why I posed the question ( statement ). Knowing the goal is Nasdaq that's why I was thinking of the PP being set up. Question though, isn't it in the best interest of the bank/brokerage etc. to receive the cheapest price possible ? Being the placee on the U.S. side also seems to make more sense. Cheers Crzyhors PS.
