I think you are bang on with the analysis - and it mirrors my thoughts (probably why i think it is great analysis!)

The calculations could get a little complex and loaded with assumptions (since not all holdings are on their website) between reports of NAV (which seems to be as of month end with a small lag for calculation).

I suspect PTK is not managing their news flow to suit PNP (neither to benefit or harm them in any way)
