I don't think for a minute that Pinetree has to sell. They were requirred to pay off $20 million of their $54 million debt (debentures) by july this year. They have paid of $30 million of that debt and had cash to boot. If memory serves there requirrement is to have the whole thing paid off by next year. They even own so much debentures themselves. They may be selling POET but I don't think they have to.
