Given the massive increase in volume today and yesterday, I think Pinetree wants to be compliant with their 33% debt to asset ratio by end of this month. I think this would explain the increased selling by Anon yesterday and today.

If this theory is correct, I would expect their selling to subside by tomorrow. If PNP issues an NR first thing Tuesday saying they are finally compliant, Poet should be in a good position to finally update the market without PNP's overhang.

Interesting to note that Anonymous has bought almost 300K shares this week. More than half of those were bought today, and the rest were bought yesterday. Take that any way you want, but I think the bottom is in.
