Thank goodness someone posted regarding IPO's. Let's not get too far ahead of ourselves here. I doubt the current offering being considered has anything to do with NAS, at least not directly.

It certainly appears POET is about to raise some money, not an uncommon occurence for a public company. What, if any, news that precedes or succeeds such an offering is unknown. It is rare, but sweet, when a company announces some upward market moving news and then prices an offering afterwards, thus taking advantage of the price surge. I think it would be a mistake to think such a thing is about to occur here. If it does, great, if it's done the regular way, I'm okay there, too. I'm not about to sell a share either way, but if the price should drop on the announcement of any offering, I will treat it as a buying opportunity.
