A seller of their Poet shares as it needs over 11 million $ to buy their debentures and money to execise over 3 million warrants in September . It's possible that ex-CEO LP who has millions of options expiring in September may sell shares to exercise those warrants too. However with increased volume and positive mood market can handle selling pressure imo.
