A big holder has to sell at almost any price to stay alive. Does this change the fundamentals of the stcck? No.

Keep calm and switch off the news feeds for a while. Its all white noise and will eventually die away. It's painful (I know; I hurt equally!) but be strong and try to do something else whilst this works its way through the system.
