I think it was mentioned about a $10 PP and I know Poet doesn't really need the cash. I'm thinking more along the lines that a lower SP will enable the taker of the PAp to obtain more shares. Probably way off base but in my simple mind it makes sense ?? Cheers and let's see if we can have a strong close later today :)) Crzyhors
