Seems like a lot of noise given that they offered Gagnon 10M to put together a deal by Saturday. (where is that NR that states that parting gift...I've been looking for a while and can't seem to find it?)

I also agree with oogee, but we've had this discussion many times...this is about giving the bankers their piece, not about money that we need.
