I wouldn's bet that BAE used our POET for this specific radiation hardened ASICs.

I can read: This technology has been developed with state-ofthe-art intellectual property licensed from Freescale Semiconductor Limited.

But it is clear that BAE is highly interested in our POET. And is in cooperaton with SYNOPSYS...

So let us see: BAE is a short name, and any project with BAE should be a low hanging fruit - as BAE will be one of the first companies seeing the results of POETs test chips. Their doors are open. So I am expecting the first NRE-contracts with BAE.
