Good point guys, When I referred to the GaAs wafers being specially made I was referencing the new ways being developed to creat the actual raw GaAs wafer, not the epitaxy part. That adds a whole dimension to it. Yes, very exciting. That was a very good, as in wonderful, NR. I guess it will just take some time for the market to get it. GLTA
