I can relate to this. When I present my software solution to the IT team, they understand what I am talking about because we speak the same language. We always have a different set of presentation materials for the business stakeholders because for sure they will not understand technical terms. Some of them may have a technical background, but we don't want to assume anything.

I am slightly disappointed since there was a message here before from CC that they will try to improve on delivering the message. I guess it is one of the many things seeing some delays.
