Yes, Hogan, your belief was stated quite clearly from that post which is why I posted the link to the June 15 news release where our CEO, Dr Suresh Venkatesan, was appointed to the BOD. As a result Geoff and Suresh had been serving on the Board of Directors simultaneously for 2 months, which is why Suresh was not a replacement for Geoff.

From the June 15 news release:

"Following the meeting of shareholders, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) increased the number of directors from 8 to 10 and appointed Dr. Suresh Venkatesan, the C.E.O. of the Company, and Mr. Mohandas Warrior to fill the vacancies created by the increase."
