Could it be possible that PC made his comments about uplisting to NASDAQ because he

expected things like contracts etc. to be signed and completed. Possibly it has taken

longer to get the lawyers to agree with what was written and many changes had to

be done. The bigger the company that wants to do business with PTK, the longer these

things could take, and then there's the new management who have done some

changes too. I am not happy with the sp as i have lost half of my investment but

hopefully this too shall pass.
