Well, using the same sort of rhetorical rubric, from Heinz earlier post:

The $34 million was 6% of the entire net capital of PNP!!! 6% friggin percent in one friggin year, there's really no way this man is a decent human being. Nor a particularly smart one, as he was driven by greed, and when one is obsessed with something as strong as greed, whatever natural intelligence one has is quickly and materially compromised! (Beware here, excessive love of a stock may well be the other side of that coin.)

As far as insider trading, well, he's taking some chance, but if he knows PNP will be selling (like many non-insiders here figured), then it's not a big leap to figure he can get a really good price on this stock. And as far as he knows anything about POET, I'm sure at least a dozen people here know just as much and a lot more about the tech, and none of them is an insider. So he can buy away, and say he was influenced not be insider knowledge, but by the common "knowledge" of the potential, similar to that which is thrown around here every day.

If he lives long enough, it will come back to bite him, and hopefully it will have nothing to do with POET or its other shareholders.
