Was this the reason for his resignation?

This buying coming in sure looks similar to SIs last year to give support to the stock. I would not be surprised that he couldn't resist loading up on more Poet, if only by leaving the insider status and resigning from the bod,and being able to purchase shares in the open market, and inso giving some support for poet and his already substantial investment. After all, he is about making money, especially in a company that he has had a good look at what is in the works and coming out soon.

If he has all of the info of what could be happening in the near future, would you not want to buy as many shares as posiible at these low prices. AIMO
