This sounds very promising, but I do hope they are able to confirm some signed intent agreements with potential partners (even tentative at best). More of the goals and plans without any potential revenue generation will only carry so much weight as we have seen from previous announcements.

It may be premature to expect as much, but would hope the lengthy blackout period procured something viable.
