Well the recent SP decline has been very, very tough to watch.

But at the same time, I have this excited feeling in my gut that the inevitable bounce will be significant.

Whoever is selling (behind Anon) is clearly doing so out of forced necessity. That is obvious by the trading activity. I will not speculate who I think it is, because it is actually irrelevent. What is relevent is that this rate of selling has to come to and end eventually. In fact, at the sell-off rate we are witnessing, this should be done and dusted well before the anticipated update by Suresh; I'd suggest within a 2 week maximum window. But could be tomorrow ... we'll find out only when it is apparent.

As the company fundamentals appear rock solid, this temporary forced sell-off (firesale) does not concern me at all (that does not mean I do not like looking at the recent decline - I am human like everyone else).

The good news is this.

Whoever is selling, if continuing at the current rate, must inevitably be done before we get our update around the end of September.

So by the end of September, the headwinds of the $0.35 warrants conversion and LP's options will categorically be history.

It is also most likely, whoever is selling under Anon, will also be depleted.

That said, with solid news by Suresh, we should be in for one of the biggest surges we have yet witnessed.

And remember ... in 2014 the SP went from $0.51 to approx $2.80 in just over 3 months and that was on no real news.

Imagine what POET could do on news of monetization and no overhang :o)
