Remaining September Warrants

Question/Comment
Is this not an ideal scenario for those that hold September warrants ? I mean if taxes are payable on the difference between the warrant price and actual share price when exercised is this not a perfect time for them to pay less taxes ? Also combine that with the fact that we expect a bounce after Pinetree is done selling is it not a perfect scenario. Exercise warrants, pay lower amount of tax since SP sucks and then watch the price bounce back and make some big profits. Am I way out to lunch or ????
