that's the key thing: presenting a difference of opinion or sharing the viewpoint from an alternate perspective is perfectly acceptable, baselessly inciting disruptive riots is not.

from the history of posts, imo, ChartPOV backs up each with reasonable information to support the opinion or observation, and most importantly doesn't try to be a complete arse about it.
