Good stance I can identify with!

Nevertheless I'm not nervous by the new objectives set by the new management. The old management set objectives as best as they could. However, the new management brings in much more industry expertise and on that ground changed the objectives. That's perfectly fine for me.

I'd get nervous if they'd change objectives every two months or so, but a new management aiming at new targets: no problem.

And as Peter Copetti said, he is "over the moon" for the management and that they are taking this company to boldly go where no company has gone before. (He might have used slightly diffent words, but … :-))
