Pinetree stock

what I dont understand...pinetree's stock to sell would be interesting for any big investor.....why not arrange a big deal between these two parties....i mean with this disruptive technology it doesnt matter if they close a deal for lets say 1 cdollar/share....and the big investor wouldnt need to buy day by day in the open market..and we investors wouldnt suffer day by day....
