Hopefully the BOD sterilized him (or as requested by the new executive). Hopefully the BOD may not have met except to accept his resignation if then. He may not have all the new info and plans the new Exec have developed as CC advised the plan was being developed and needed BOD approval. Probably a BOD meeting in early Sept to approve the new plans and hopefully new contracts.
