As for Dr. Taylor resigning from the board, once we have reached comercialization Dr. Taylor will only be needed on a contractual effort - is that what just happened? Maybe we need to chew on that for the weekend. That would leave me to believe that th Synopsys TCAD / EDA is completed aswell.
