I hold the same opinion as last time, that unless it's supported as viable by a professional opinion, it's just distracting idle chatter, and has no business here.

I don't think it would accomplish anything, much less "protect us" any more than the SRP already does.

but, I could be wrong.

if you're willing to spend the $15,000 on a qualified lawyer to help determine feasibility, that's another thing. please share the results, and perhaps it'd change peoples' minds.

myself, I'd rather buy another 20,000 shares of PTK.
