why are people talking about SI and PNP as if they are one entity?

We know for sure that PNP has had to sell its shares to cover its debt covenants.

We don't know anything for sure about SI personal attitude and behavior. His shares are not PNP shares. His financial picture is not PNP's picture. Some are suggesting that he is selling out of some kind of spite? which is ridiculous. He knows what's going on at the company, why would he be selling? Please, explain it to me, fully and clearly.

I admit that I don't know that he ISN"T selling, but where is this meme coming from? Compared to what we know about PNP, I don't think its helpful to conflate the two. Please educate me.
