Since it was done over an extended period of time, the average share price they receive for their shares was not bad at all. In fact, I am sure they made out like bandits. With each seller there is a buyer. So, the question now is who was doing the buying? Are these shares in strong hands or are they in day trader hands? IMO, there will always be an insignificant amount day traders, but the shares sold by PNP/SI are most likely in favorable hands. I refer to FJ's post of "equity position for services". The SP will begin its ascent from here. Many investors would not take a position because of the PNP overhang. IMO, that is gone.
