Message: Our 50 Gbps VCSEL

Keep in mind everyone, "OUR" 50gbps VCSEL was also fabricated with a FET. Now N type FETs are needed to build a VCSEL, but Dr Taylor was able to build P type FETs by adding layers of indium to the wafer. N type and P type are needed to have complementary logic circuits, by Jingmings CV it appears we may even already have the fully integrated optoelectronic chip.

The question I think is, are the clocks distributed optically? That's of course is the billion dollar question.
