Hi Robert, you name it: Company policy is to stay fabless!

We should not forget that Ajit is an important part of the POET team, and he is all about Fab 2.0. And this means strong, reliable partnerships.

An engament in ANAD would be contradicting. Poet is a lean IP-based brain. Why to take the risks to enter the fab business? Yes, they need access to production, but they do not need all the hussle to manage a tricky restructuring, a complex production, facilities, all the staff. Gosh, a nightmare! In addition POET would compete then with all their potential IP-customers!

An all in one semiconductor producer is the opposit of Fab 2.0.

If someone should engage in ANAD, it will be another Pro in this field, like GF, one of ANADS big partners or customers (Finisar...) or even BAE.

One thing is sure for me: Something is going on with Anadigics. During their transit their burn rate soon will end their financial existance. So they filed for a shelf offering of 50 Mio USD, which can grant their survival until their restructuring is done. There is just one problem: A market cap of 30 Mio and a SO of 50 Mio USD! In the difficult market climate we can see at the moment ANAD will need a really good story to sell this shelf offering. Here I am sure POET could play an important role - soon.
